About The Beef
Tasty, flavorful smoked meats. This passion first started when I smoked my first brisket for my sons birthday. The idea for cooking and selling my BBQ really came to mind due to the response I got that day from family and friends.
As for the name, my kids are my #1 fans of what their Dad cooks up on the grill/smoker. My son, after taking that first bite in a low toned voice always says, "THE BEEF".
